    Once your trip to Lake Hartwell has come to an end, let us close up for you.
     
    • Adjust temperature and lighting
    • Cover patio furniture
    • Take garbage receptacle to the road for pick up
    • General organization of the home

  • "Let Us Get the Groceries!" Package

    Just provide us with a detailed list of items and we'll do the rest.
     
    • Fresh meats from Home Town Butcher (or Ingles)
    • Chips and Snacks
    • Water, soft drinks, ice
    • Toiletries
    • Pantry staples, including paper supplies
    • Laundry detergent and cleaning supplies
    • Stocking your bar from A&M Liquor or Canon Package
    • Picking up prepared meals at The Farmers Daughter/Market 50
    • Whole bean/ground coffee from Common Ground/Starbucks
    • Craft beer from Southern Hart Brewery, sealed cans/growler

    Concierge are paid to think outside the box when it comes to convenience for their clients.
     
    • Deliver a singing telegram with flowers/balloons (shop fee)
    • Have Christmas/Birthday gifts delivered to our residence
    • Have tubes/rafts/wake boards delivered to our residence
    • Set up firepit area; chairs, blankets, pillows, s'more kits
    • Assemble dock/patio furniture
    • Arrange Dock Depot or Gordan Marine for boat maintenance
    • Change out Damp Rids once full
    • Schedule babysitter for a night out
